Welcome to the home of the Southeastern PA Rottweiler Klub (SPARK). We are a small
conformation and working Rottweiler klub located in scenic Berks County, Pennsylvania.
SPARK was founded in 2005 and was voted a fully sanctioned member club of the United
States Rottweiler Club (USRC) in 2006. We adhere to the FCI standard for the Rottweiler
and mainly show in German-style conformation and Schutzhund events. The USRC is an
umbrella club of the American Working Dog Federation (AWDF), which is the parent
working organization for the working breeds in the United States.
Since our inception, SPARK, has hosted local, regional and National Rottweiler events in
conjunction with breed suitability tests, BH, AD and fun matches. SPARK also strongly
believes in the total Rottweiler and therefore have also sponsored health clinics and also
breed seminars. We feel that it is our duty to not only show the world how beautiful and
hardworking the breed can be, but to teach participants and future breeders about the
breed of dog we own. To that end SPARK has been responsible for bringing in some of the
most world renonwed Rottweiler experts to speak at seminars at our events.
It is also our utmost desire to work on educating the public regarding the Rottweiler breed
and using our resources to fight breed-specific legislation that is plaguing our very rights to

separate entity from SPARK. Training sessions run by Hallmark K9 are not organized SPARK training sessions, are not sanctioned by
SPARK nor does SPARK or any SPARK member in the commission of SPARK business profit from these training sessions in any way
whatsoever. SPARK members are encouraged but not induced, financially or otherwise, to utilize training resources offered by Hallmark K9
Academy. Hallmark K9 has simply extended a venue for SPARK member to train their dogs should they wish to do so.

owners, to conformation people, to working people, to professional breeders,
groomers and dog trainers. Our goal is to promote the Rottweiler in a positive
light by hosting quality working and conformation events that all Rottweiler
owners can enjoy.
Our club members enjoy a vairety of Rottweiler related activities including
Sieger style conformation, Schutzhund, AKC conformation and obedience, UKC
conformation and obedience, herding, tracking, agility and carting! We even
know people who do dock diving with their Rottweilers!
